How do I know which size will fit me best
We want you to look and feel great in your Chipchi gear. That's why we have given you a detailed size chart for both regular and oversized t-shirts.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please reach out to us at Info@chipchi.in within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that orders containing custom products enter production almost immediately and may not be eligible for cancellation once the printing process has started.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery within India typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for orders that include custom mouse pads, as they are made to order.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
