We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. At Chipchi, we want you to love what you wear. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Here’s how refunds work:

  • You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

If the product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please reach out to us—we’ll make it right, no questions asked.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem—we totally understand.

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped (whichever comes first).

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you can still request a return after delivery.

To cancel your order, just contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
